Shipping Policy

We deliver or ship our product worldwide. The shipping charges for all the shipping within India is free and are borne by us. Free shipping is merely applicable to pin codes that are serviced by our logistics partners. within the case that your Pincode is un-serviceable, a further delivery fee will apply to your order. Our team will get in-tuned with you and inform you of an equivalent before dispatching your order. However, the shipping charges for international shipping are going to be additional and are charged by the load and volume of the merchandise and therefore the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges are going to be shared upon inquiry.

After your product(s) have been successfully placed, booked, and packaged, it will be shipped within 24-48 working hours by the shipper. The expected time frame for the delivery of the booked products is between 3-15 business days depending upon the shipping address.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Customers have to mail or register on the same day of the delivery for exchange or return.

  2. Return requests are accepted via the return form only.

  3. We have 10 days return policy. In case that you want to return a product, please fill in the return form given below within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product.

  4. After we receive the form we will respond via email within 2-5 working days.

  5. The product has to be unused and the tags have to secure on the products. 

  6. Any signs of usage (torn, scratch, stains, broken hardware, or foul odor) will be rejected due to bad quality.

  7. If you have removed the tags of the product, we cannot accept the return.

  8. Products bought in any sale are not applicable for return or exchange.

  9. Products bought using credit codes are not applicable for return.

  10. We do not accept returns on international orders due to high logistic costs.

  11. No return or exchanges will be accepted on personalized, customized, or modified products.

  12. We do not offer refunds on any order. We are happy to issue a credit code for the amount paid (minus COD handling charge/logistics charges) only if the returned product passes the quality check. Credit code valid in-store or online for six months.

  13. Any returned product that does not pass our quality check due to stains, tears, odor, broken tags, or any other damages, the return will not be accepted and we will ship it back to the client at an additional logistics charge of INR 200/-.

  14. Till we do not receive full information from you, we will not process a return from our end.

  15. We do not accept any couriers that we are not already expecting to arrive.

  16. We are not responsible for the return of the parcel if we cannot locate its origin or order number.

  17. In case you receive a damaged piece, please email us, with your order number and pictures of the damaged product within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

  18. At the time of delivery, if you receive a shipment that is in tampered state, we request you to not accept the parcel from the courier person and immediately inform us.

  19. We cannot accept returns on any products that have been damaged or tarnished due to daily wear and tear.

  20. Return and replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered), or damaged products are received by the customers.
