Order Related

1. How can I cancel my order?

    Yes, you can cancel your order only within 24 hours. Any difference in the price of the revised order shall be payable prior to the order confirmation, however, if the price of the new order is lesser than the original order, a credit note will be issued against the balance amount which will be redeemable at our website for a period of 3 months from the date of issue of a credit note.

2. Is it possible to make custom-fit garments?

    To customize any order, you need to mail us at: rainbowcollectiveoffical@gmail.com. With your preferences. We will get back to you with the specific requirements to proceed ahead.

    

    Please note that :

  • All customization will be subject to approval.

  • We do not make any changes in the basic silhouette of the garment however changes like adding sleeves or lining, or an additional component like churidar or dupatta will be on a chargeable basis

 

3. My order was damaged when I received it, what can I do now?

    We ensure the safety of your order, however in any circumstances if you receive a product in damaged condition mail us with the picture within 24 hours of the order received with your order number and we will guide you with the next steps.

 

4. How can I know the status of my order?

    Once your order is shipped, we will share the dispatch/tracking details for your reference over an e-mail which you can track on our courier partner’s website.

5. Are there any charges for international shipping?

    Yes, we levy a minimal shipping fee to deliver goods internationally. Kindly contact us on our number or mail us at rainbowcollectiveofficial@gmail.com

6. Where are your products shipped from? 

    We’re based in Bengaluru and we ship the product from our base.

7. How long will it take me to get my order?

    Domestic orders take 5-7 days from the date of dispatch, While dispatch time in International orders varies from place to place. For more details kindly contact us at +91-9844048235

8. Will my money be refunded or will I get a credit voucher?

    In the case of exchanges, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as a credit into a registered online account, however, an exchange is subject to the availability of the item in our stock.

9. What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?

    The estimated delivery time is mentioned for each product, in case there is any delay we will inform you of the same.

10. How long until my order ships?

     We dispatch products from Monday to Friday. Once you place the order, we will aim to dispatch the order in 2-3 working days. Should there be a delay, you will be informed by the Customer care team.

11. What shipping methods does the website use?

      We use a large network of courier partners to deliver your products including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Speed Post for domestic orders, and Fed Ex and DHL for International Orders. (Subjected to availability at the time of confirmation )

12. What if I am not available when you deliver the merchandise?

      If you are not available when we deliver the merchandise, our courier company will take it back and they will contact you for further steps

 

Payment Related

1.  How can I pay for my order?

     You may opt for any of the following channels:

  • Credit /debit card

  • Net banking

  • Cash on Delivery (order value below 10,000/- Rs only)

   The rainbow collective official is affiliated with Razorpay payment gateway for a secure & hassle-free experience.

2.  Is their COD available?

     Yes, COD is available but for products below the value of 10,000 Rs only.

3.  Can COD be acceptable internationally?

     Currently, we don't accept Cash on delivery internationally.

4.  Can I pay partially?

     No, the payment should be made fully through mentioned modes of payment.

5.  In how much time can I get the refund on cancellation?

     A credit note will be provided to get a refund on the cancellation which will be redeemable at our website for a period of 3 months from the date of issue of credit note.

6.  Can I get a refund after shipment?

7.  Do you accept VISA/ Master cards?

     Yes, We do accept Visa cards, master cards, Rupay cards, Maestro. 

8.  Can I pay for my order with PayPal?

      Currently, we are not accepting payments through PayPal, but we are coming up soon with this facility.

9.  Is there an extra charge for Cash on delivery?

     Yes, there is an extra charge on COD orders which will be 150/- INR.

10. What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?

11. How does Cash on delivery works?

      COD is only available at selected zip codes and for orders below INR 10000. Once you have placed your order with selecting payment method 'Cash On Delivery', we follow a simple process:

      You will receive an email to inform you that we have received your order and details.

12. What are the charges for shipping in India?

      Shipping is free within India for orders above INR 1500. Orders below INR 1500 will carry a charge of additional INR 99 which is non-refundable.

3.  What if the delivered outfit does not fit me?

      You can always inform of us the same on rainbowcollectiveofficial@gmail.com, we will exchange it for the size that fits you well or you may take a credit note for the same.

4.  Do you have outfits for plus sizes.?

     Yes, we do, kindly get in touch with us for the same on rainbowcollectiveofficial@gmail.com.

5.  How do you take measurements for a custom order? 

     Yes, we do, you can email us at rainbowcollectiveofficial@gmail.com for help regarding custom order measurements.

6.  Will the color of the product be the same as in the image shown?

     It may slightly vary due to usage of abode photoshop.

7.  What if I don’t like the product/ color of the product?

     We will proceed with the order only once it is reconfirmed with you over a phone call, kindly discuss your doubts over the call if any, to proceed. Else after delivery, a credit note will be provided.

8.  Do you provide gift hampers?

     No, Currently we don't provide gift hampers.

9.  Is a coupon applicable for all products?

     No, Coupons are not applicable for all products.
